22 For '22! Volunteers
One in a series of posts looking at people, places, events and more that will help running rise to another level in 2022.
Among the many gifts to the Triad's running community are the volunteers who help us navigate courses, refuel and get to the finish lines.
Sometimes you get something for helping, such as a shirt or a discount or even a free entry to a race.
Best of all, you get to cheer and encourage your fellow runners, helping them achieve their goals for that day.
I've been helped way more than I have helped. To everyone who gave their time at a race in 2021 and will do so in 2022, thank you!

And a correction from Friday: I've updated the 22 For '22! entry on holiday races to say, correctly, that July Fourth is a Monday in 2022.
