Running Shorts Recap: Something for everyone on a Saturday morning
A recap, with video, from the Triad's weekend running events.
Age, truly, is just a number.
And the running community pretty much hit all of them on one Saturday morning in Guilford County: From the 5-year-old racing in the fun run of the after-school program GO FAR's spring 5K, to the octogenarian taking on the 10K at May the Course Be With You, and a runner representing nearly every age in the 75 years between them.
Running Shorts visited both GO FAR and May the Course plus the opener in RunnerDude's Fitness' eight-week Run the Boro Series. Click on the YouTube video above, and you'll be able to enjoy scenes from all three events.
