2024 Boston Marathon results for Triad runners

Kernersville runners turned in the fastest times for their genders among fellow Triad athletes at today's 128th Boston Marathon.

Michael Moerk, 24, finished in 2:32:23, and Kathryn Hayes, 28, was the fastest women's finisher in 3:05:50.
