Meeting in small teams, trained volunteer coaches inspire girls of all abilities to strengthen confidence and other important life skills through dynamic, interactive lessons and physical activity."

Triad locations that will host groups include Country Park in Greensboro, Kimmel Farm Elementary in Winston-Salem, Old Town Elementary in Winston-Salem, and St. Pius X Catholic School in Greensboro.
The program will build toward a season-ending Fall Season Celebratory 5K at 1 p.m. Nov. 12 at Salisbury Community Park in Salisbury.
