Trivium Racing's 2022 seasons open this weekend
An update on a Triad running series, plus links to resources at RunningShorts.org.
Trivium Racing's North Carolina competition year will get under way this weekend at Northeast Park in Gibsonville.
The Northeast Duathlon, the opener for Trivium's Multisport Series, will lead it off on Saturday. That will be by Sunday's Whiskey Tango Foxtrot Half Marathon and its new 5-mile race, the lid-lifters for the Trivium Triad Running Series.
Among Trivium's new offerings in 2022 will be the Elm Street Run, a 10-mile race scheduled for May 1 in downtown Greensboro. The event, offering $400 first prizes for men and women, will benefit Triad Be Head Strong, which supports the region's brain and spine tumor patients and providers.
